I would just like to make my particular agreement with your comments about it being preferable to express concerns at the time of making the appointment. It saves so much time to do that.
However if anyone is suffering from an issue they find embarrassing to discuss over the phone, then it would obviously be better to be face to face with the Massage Therapist and actually being there would also allow him to check things out visually and so give accurate advice.
